For more information about the holding time for your package, please contact the respective shipping carrier. If you do not collect your package within these days, the package will be returned to us and we will charge you a fee for an uncollected package. If you have changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you need to receive the package and then send it back to us, otherwise it will be registered as an "uncollected package" and you as a customer will be charged the corresponding amount.
