You have the right to unpack and check the appearance of the product. A prerequisite for your return to be approved is that your product, including any original packaging, must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. in essentially unchanged condition. If the product you ordered requires assembly, it must be unassembled for your return to be approved.

Attach the returned shipping label on top of the old shipping label. If you received your package with the shipping label attached to an outer package, you will also need to use an outer package when returning the product for your return to be approved.
